    I ask the AI tools the questions your customers actually ask, over at least two separate days, record every answer, and give you a plain-English report: where you're named, where competitors are named instead, anything the AI gets wrong about you (such as hours, services or reviews), and a prioritised list of fixes.

    $890

    Everything in the audit, plus I make the fixes with you: your Google Business Profile, your website wording, and the online listings AI tools rely on. Once the changes have had time to take effect, I re-run your questions so you can see what's changed.

  4. Monthly re-test

    $150 a month

    Available after an audit. I re-run your questions every month, report what's changed, and flag new problems early. Cancel any time.

    Billing: monthly in advance. I'll email your invoice at the start of each month, and you can cancel any time before the next one.
    Prefer to prepay? 3 months for $450, or 6 months for $750 (one month free). If you cancel a prepaid block, I refund every full month not yet started. Months already used are charged at the normal $150.

How to order

  1. Email me. Use the button under the plan you want, or copy the template below into an email to willg@foundlocallybendigo.com.au. It only needs a few details.
  2. Pay the invoice. For paid plans, I'll email you an invoice to pay. The free partial audit has no invoice.
  3. Get your audit. Once payment is received, I start your audit as soon as possible, and you'll have it within 3 to 7 business days. A free partial audit arrives within a week.

No GST is added. Found Locally Bendigo isn't registered for GST.

Refunds. Because work on your audit starts as soon as you pay, I don't offer change-of-mind refunds. If something goes wrong on my end, though, I'll make it right. If your audit isn't done with reasonable care and skill, doesn't cover what I said it would, or isn't delivered within the time I've said, tell me and I'll fix it at no cost. If I can't fix it, or the problem is serious, you can choose a refund instead. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

No promises about rankings. I can't promise AI tools will name you, or put you in any particular spot. Nobody honestly can. What I can do is show you exactly where you stand and fix what's within your control.

I'm Will, and I live in Bendigo. I started Found Locally Bendigo after seeing how often AI tools recommend businesses based on whatever scraps of information they can find, and how often good local businesses get left out.

Questions owners ask

What is "AI search"?

Tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews that answer questions in writing, often naming specific businesses, instead of just showing a list of links.

Is this the same as SEO?

It overlaps. A good Google listing and a clear website help with both. But AI tools draw on different sources and answer differently, so they need to be checked directly.

Do I need a website?

It helps. In my checks so far, AI answers often quoted business websites directly for prices, services and opening hours. If you don't have one, the audit will tell you the simplest fix.

What's the difference between the free partial audit and a full audit?

The free partial audit is a single-day snapshot of a few key questions, emailed to you within a week. A full audit covers all the questions your customers are likely to ask, runs them over at least two separate days, and comes with a prioritised list of fixes.

How long does a full audit take?

Between 3 and 7 business days from when payment is received. AI answers change from day to day, so I run your questions over at least two separate days to see what's consistent and what's a one-off. The rest of the time goes into reviewing every answer and working out the fixes that will matter most for your business.

Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?

No. AI answers change and nobody controls them. I show you where you stand and fix what's within your control, and the monthly re-test tracks whether it's working.
